Over the next 12 weeks you will be introduced to simple changes that will help you get back in touch with your thoughts and feelings, increasing an overall feeling of well being and prepare a space for new information and experiences.

The steps are simple, but not always easy.

Be patient with yourself.  If you find yourself skipping an activity on a particular day, gently get yourself back on track.  You cannot be kind and loving to others if you are not kind and loving to yourself first. As with any change in diet and lifestyle it is important that you have a discussion with your doctor. 

Over the next several weeks you will be encouraged to meditate, eat less sugar and preservatives and engage in light exercise, all changes your doctor will want to review with you.
